Test a small area for adverse reaction. If none, apply cream directly to affected area(s) 2-3x daily.
Under Eye Application: Gently pat a thin layer directly on dark portions of the eye. Let product remain on eyes. Apply make-up as normal. If product get into eyes, flush thoroughly with water.
