HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?

Due COVID related shipping delays of raw materials, labels, and packaging, products can take up to 3 weeks to arrive although most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Please allow 2 weeks prior to reaching out in regards to the shipment of your order.  All orders will receive a USPS tracking number via email to the email provided at the time the order was placed. 

 

IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES MELTED, IS IT STILL GOOD TO USE?

Yes! Because our products are organic, products may arrive melted.  If this occurs, simply place the product in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until product hardens. Remove product from cooling source and use as normal. Keep product stored in a cool place. None of the ingredients are compromised due to melting.  

 

HOW LONG IS MY PRODUCT GOOD FOR?

Because our products are made fresh, all products are good for 12 months.

 

WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY PRODUCT DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE?

Because our products are made by hand, there is some variation between batches, but we assure you the same quality ingredients and care is infused into every batch we make so you get a quality product every time.

 

MY CONTAINER IS CRACKED/DAMAGED AND MY PRODUCT SPILLED. WHAT DO I DO?

If your product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com and we will be happy to process a refund or replacement. 

 

DO YOU OFFER COCONUT FREE PRODUCTS?

Yes! Savvy Hair Growth Serum comes in a coconut oil free version denoted by (NC). If you would like a coconut free version of Eczema Salve, please email us to customize your product at SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com

 

DO YOU OFFER ALLERGY FREE PRODUCTS?

Yes! please contact us at SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com if you are allergic/sensitive to any of our product ingredients to have your product(s) customized.  Please always do a patch test to ensure no adverse reaction prior to full use. 

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

Yes! These products were created and designed for use on children.  Always be sure to check ingredients and conduct a skin patch test to ensure no adverse reactions.  

 

I DON'T LIKE THE SMELL OF MY PRODUCT. MAY I CHANGE OR GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, no. We only process refunds or replacements for damaged or compromised products or incorrect orders. 

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER HASN'T UPDATED AND I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT DO I DO? 

If a tracking number hasn't updated in 2 weeks, we will presume the package has been lost and issue a refund.  Please send an email to SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com to get the process started. 

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

We make every effort to ensure delivery of our products including tracking of your order and proving you with tracking information. Savvy Shop Products™ is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier. If you encounter an issue with the delivery of your order, please file a missing parcel report with your local carrier and contact us at SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

Yes! Please contact us via email @SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com with your request and we will send you the wholesale pricing for your order. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ECHANGE POLICY?

Please refer to our Refund/Exchange Policy. Generally, we only do refunds or replacements for damaged or compromised products, or incorrect orders.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any issues with your order or product(s), please contact us at SavvyShopProducts@gmail.com

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include photo with your submission.
